THD-2柔性有機堵料

THD2柔性有機堵料是一種以高分子有機難然材料及阻燃劑經特殊加工而成的可塑性固狀柔性防火材料。主要用于電纜及管道等貫穿孔洞及縫隙的封堵。產品具有耐火時間長、煙密度低、耐油、耐腐蝕、隔熱、施工便捷:等特點。由于產品具有良好的可塑性，檢修更換電纜簡便易行。一般與其他封堵材料組合使用效果更佳。

THD-2 Flexible Organic Putty is a kind of plastic solid flexible fireproofing material specially processedwith macromolecule organic non-inflaming material and fire retardant, which is mainly used to plugpenetrating hole and crack like cable and pipeline etc. It can resist fire for a long time, withcharacteristics as low smoke density, oil tolerance, corrosion tolerance, heat insulation and convenientconstruction etc. Due to its good plasticity, it is easy and convenient to exchange cable, and it's better tocombine with other plugging material.

施工方法：

1.將柔性有機堵料揉勻成面團狀，若氣溫過低，可將其置于熱水中(40°C-70C)，待柔軟后再進行施工。
2.需封堵的孔洞，封堵前應做好必要的清理，除去電纜表面油污，灰塵等雜物。
3.根據封堵孔洞大小確定其用量，將該堵料揉和后均勻密實地鋪(嵌)于需封堵的孔洞中，做到表面平整、光滑，不留任何縫隙。
4.用來包裹電纜時，其一般厚度為2-5cm。 

1.Kneading flexible organic putty into paste,and putting itin hot water(40"C -70"C ) if the temperature is over low,constructing after the paste is soft.

2.Holes needing plugging should be cleared up inadvance so as to remove greasy dirt and dust etc on surfaceof the cable.

3.The use level should be determined by size of theplugged hole, kneading the putty and placing it in holesneeding plugging evenly and closely sO as to make its surfaceeven, smooth without any crack.

4.When cable is packed, the thickness is often 2 5cm.
