超薄型鋼結構防火涂料是由樹脂，成碳劑，阻燃劑及其他助劑等組成，遇火時涂成會膨脹增厚，形成耐火隔熱層，阻止熱量迅速向鋼基材，提高鋼結構的耐火性能。該產品具有涂層薄、裝飾性好、施工方便等優點，適用于各種鋼結構承重的建筑群體，特別適用于鋼結構的防火保護工程。

施工方法：

1.該涂料在使用前應充分攪拌至均勻。若涂料太稠，可用配套稀釋劑稀釋至適宜稠度。

2.涂料施工可采用刷涂、噴涂、輥涂等方式。每次涂刷厚度以0.2mm左右為宜。二次涂刷時間間隔為8至12小時。

3.涂刷完工后，應對涂層表面作平整處理。

2.The coating construction may use the method of brush coating. flame plating. roller coat.Every brush coating should control the thickness around 0.2mm. The second brush coating shouldinterval last time 8 to 12 hours.
